We'll meet each week, as a group, to review your progress and set new goals. You'll bounce ideas, struggles, and emotions off of each other in a group of women who are all struggling to be the healthiest version of themselves while trying to do it all!
Weekly meal plans and workouts
Receive weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. Whether you're at a BBQ or spending a week at the beach, there will be ideas for every summer event. Also, receive 2 monthly workout calendars so you can prioritize your exercise, as well.
