  • Meet virtually each week

    We'll meet each week, as a group, to review your progress and set new goals. You'll bounce ideas, struggles, and emotions off of each other in a group of women who are all struggling to be the healthiest version of themselves while trying to do it all!

  • Weekly meal plans and workouts

    Receive weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. Whether you're at a BBQ or spending a week at the beach, there will be ideas for every summer event. Also, receive 2 monthly workout calendars so you can prioritize your exercise, as well.

Theresa is a New York City based (born and raised in Brooklyn) Registered Dietitian for over 17 years. With 13 years in private practice, she has helped hundreds of people lose weight, increase muscle and improve their health. Her focus is on helping busy women prioritize themselves and improve their health by ditching body shame. She is a mother to two girls, for whom she's creating an environment of competent eating, healthful choices and body love.
